Renew Silicon Teknology Pvt. Ltd. is a 25-year-old Solar company committed to driving India’s transition to clean and sustainable energy. We are now expanding our Sales & Marketing team to strengthen our presence in the Solar EPC and Renewable Energy segment.
Position Details:
• Role: Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager – Solar Projects
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Solar / Electrical / Renewable Energy sales or related field
• Location: Within 20 km of Nagarbhavi, Bangalore
• Salary: ₹6 Lakhs onwards per annum + Attractive Incentives & Performance Bonus
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Solar Rooftop / Street Light / EPC segments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and channel partners
• Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals and quotations
• Follow up on leads, negotiations, and project closures
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Coordinate with the technical team for site visits, proposals, and project execution
